Often called the 'Priority Matrix', the Eisenhower approach is a method of prioritizing work into four types: important and urgent, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and neither urgent nor important. This matrix helps individuals to focus on significant and immediate tasks while delegating, deferring, or eliminating others.
