The study of how individuals and groups behave within organizations and how they interact with each other.

Organizational structure: The formal hierarchical structure of authority, communication, and responsibilities within an organization.
Organizational culture: The shared values, beliefs, and practices that shape an organization's behavior and decision-making processes.
Motivation theories: The different theories that explain why people are motivated to work, including Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory, and Alderfer's ERG theory.
Leadership and management styles: The various styles of leadership and management, such as autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire, and which situations they are most effective in.
Group dynamics: The behavior and interaction among different groups within an organization, such as teams, task forces, and committees.
Communication: The process of exchanging information, ideas, and thoughts between individuals or groups, and the different types of communication channels.
Decision-making: The process of making choices among alternative courses of action, and the various models of decision-making, such as the rational model and the bounded rationality model.

Leadership behavior: This refers to the behaviors, traits, and styles of leaders within an organization, including how they motivate and influence their team members.
