The ability to take care of one's physical and mental health, including exercise, stress management, and self-care.

Nutrition: Understanding the basic principles of nutrition such as the food groups, macronutrients, micronutrients, and portion control.
Exercise: Understanding the types of exercises that are effective for overall fitness and managing weight gain, and developing a plan for regular exercise.
Sleep and relaxation: Understanding the importance of quality sleep and relaxation for good health and developing strategies for better sleep.
Stress management: Understanding the negative effects of stress on health and developing strategies for managing stress.
Hygiene and cleanliness: Understanding the importance of good hygiene and cleanliness for good health, including personal hygiene, home and room cleaning, and food safety.
Time management: Developing strategies for managing time effectively, including prioritizing tasks and setting achievable goals.
Organization and planning: Developing strategies for organizing and planning daily activities to maximize productivity and minimize stress.
Financial management: Understanding basic financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, and investing, and developing skills for financial planning and management.
Household safety: Understanding the importance of safety in the home and developing strategies for preventing accidents and incidents.
Positive thinking and self-talk: Developing positive thinking skills and strategies for positive self-talk to maintain good health and wellness.
Physical health: This refers to the well-being of the body and includes things like nutrition, exercise, sleep, and avoiding harmful substances.
Mental health: This refers to the state of a person's psychological and emotional well-being. It includes things like stress management, therapy, and self-care.
Emotional health: This refers to the ability to manage and express one's emotions in a healthy way.
Social health: This refers to the ability to form healthy relationships with others and maintain a support system.
Spiritual health: This refers to a person's sense of purpose and connection with something greater than oneself.
Environmental health: This refers to the health of the surroundings in which we live, work and play, and includes things like air and water quality, exposure to toxins, and access to green spaces.
Financial health: This refers to the ability to manage one's finances in a responsible and healthy way, including saving money, avoiding debt, and managing expenses.
Occupational health: This refers to the physical and mental well-being of an individual in their workplace, and includes things like workplace safety, job satisfaction, and work-life balance.
Intellectual health: This refers to the ability to engage in lifelong learning, stimulate the mind, and expand knowledge and skills.
Sexual health: This refers to the physical and emotional aspects of sexuality, as well as healthy relationships and safe sexual practices.
