The unfair treatment or negative attitudes towards a person based on their gender.

Gender roles: Cultural and social expectations about how men and women should behave and act in certain contexts.
Gender stereotypes: Preconceived ideas or beliefs about the characteristics and behaviors that are associated with a particular gender.
Gender identity: One's internal sense of being male, female, or gender non-conforming.
Gender expression: The way in which a person presents their gender to others through clothing, hairstyles, mannerisms, etc.
Sexual orientation: A person's emotional, romantic, or sexual attraction to others based on their gender.
Intersectionality: The interconnectedness of various social identities (such as race, ethnicity, sexuality, and gender) and how they impact an individual's experiences of discrimination and oppression.
Patriarchy: A social system in which men hold primary power and authority in society, leading to the marginalization and oppression of women and non-binary individuals.
