Solar Plexus chakra (Manipura): The Solar Plexus chakra (Manipura) is the third chakra associated with personal power, self-confidence, and emotional balance, influencing human physical performance and recreation by harnessing one's willpower and assertiveness.

Crown chakra (Sahasrara): The Crown chakra (Sahasrara) is the highest energy center in the chakra system, representing spiritual connection, consciousness, and transcendence.
