Mountain Pose (Tadasana): The foundation pose of all standing asanas.

Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana): This pose stretches your hamstrings and releases tension in the back.
Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): A great pose for stretching the entire body, this pose promotes strength, balance, and flexibility.
Child's Pose (Balasana): This is a relaxing pose that stretches the lower back and hips.
Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I): This pose is good for strengthening the legs and arms and opening the chest.
Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II): This pose is very similar to Warrior I but the body turns to the side. It helps in opening the hips and chest.

Camel Pose (Ustrasana): This pose opens the chest and the heart, allowing for deeper breathing.
Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana): This pose strengthens the back and opens the chest.
Pigeon Pose (Kapotasana): This pose stretches the hips and releases tensions from the hips.
Boat Pose (Navasana): This pose strengthens the core and hip flexors.
