Formal Communication: Formal communication involves structured communication processes and procedures typical of formal environments such as workplaces, political and academic settings. The communication is often regulated and can be formal or informal depending on expected communication channels.
Informal Communication: Informal communication is relaxed, unstructured, unconventional but still effective. It’s often used in social occasions and family settings where free expression and mutual understanding is desired.
Nonverbal Communication: Nonverbal communication involves the use of body language, gestures, facial expressions, and tone to convey meaning. It is silent and reduces confusion, certainty, or ambiguity in communication.
