Transformational Leadership: This style of leadership focuses on inspiring and motivating employees, encouraging creativity and innovation, and fostering a sense of shared mission and vision.
Situational Leadership: This style of leadership adapts to the specific needs of the situation or individual team member, changing leadership style as required to get the best results.
Transactional Leadership: This style of leadership focuses on rewards or punishment for employees, based on performance as well as meeting targets will either be rewarded and failure or underperformance will be punished.
Servant Leadership: This style of leadership focuses on serving the needs of employees, identifying and fulfilling their needs, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
Charismatic Leadership: This style of leadership focuses on the charisma and charm of the leader, which tends to inspire employees to follow and adopt their vision and goals.
Authoritarian Leadership: This is similar to autocratic leadership, where the leader has complete control, but tends to involve more directive and dominating tactics to get what they want.
Paternalistic Leadership: This style of leadership is similar to an authoritarian approach, but with a more nurturing or paternalistic approach towards employees, seeking to guide them to success.
Democratic Leadership: This style of leadership values input and collaboration from employees, seeking consensus and good ideas from all members of the team before making a decision.
